Catalonia is not very well known as a tourist attraction in Sweden (and probably in many other countries as well). Its capital Barcelona is one of the top 10 cities to visit in Europe, but Catalonia is much more than Barcelona.

This web site would like to inspire visitors to learn more about Catalonia in general and particularly the village Sant Carles de la Ràpita.

Personally I ended up in la Ràpita more or less by coincidence for hoidays in the summer of 2002. This holiday was so great it made us return again and again and again. Since 2009 we own an apartment here and we try to spend as much time as possible here.

 

As Swedish is my first language and my knowledge of  English, Castellano and Catalan is not on the same level I appreciate any suggestions of corrections to spelling and grammar mistakes. Please send suggestions to bengt@sjoberg.cat.
